Steiner Ranch Pediatric Dentist
Meet Dr. Alexandra Otto
As both a board-certified pediatric dentist and a mom of two young children, Dr. Alex Otto understands what families need from a dental home. She founded her practices with a clear purpose: to provide pediatric dental care that is preventive, evidence-based, and centered on the child rather than insurance or sales-driven treatment.
Early in her career, Dr. Alex saw how often families felt rushed, confused, or pressured during dental visits. Parents waited too long, received limited explanations, or were told there was only one way forward. Dr. Alex knew families deserved better.
At Steiner Ranch Pediatric Dentistry, every recommendation is proactive, supported by science, and tailored to your child’s unique needs. Dr. Alex takes time to explain options clearly, respects parental instincts, and ensures treatment is never more than necessary. Her approach blends advanced technology, cosmetic-focused pediatric dentistry, and a calm, reassuring presence that helps children feel safe and confident.
Whether she is placing a zirconia crown, performing a laser frenectomy, helping a nervous child relax with nitrous, or walking a parent through treatment decisions, Dr. Alex’s mission remains the same: to serve families with honesty, safety, and heart.
