Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist
Meet Dr. Sara Ehsani
Dr. Sara Ehsani is a board-certified pediatric dentist who recently relocated to Austin after seven years of providing exceptional pediatric dental care in Dallas, Texas. She is also credentialed at Children’s Medical Center and is passionate about caring for infants, children, and individuals with special health care needs in both private practice and hospital settings.
Dr. Ehsani earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery with Highest Honors (Cum Laude) from UCLA and completed her pediatric dental residency at the University of Connecticut, where she graduated as Chief Resident. Her clinical interests include dental care for children, airway and myofunctional therapy, laser dentistry, frenectomies, white zirconia crowns, painless numbing techniques, and Invisalign® for children and teens.
She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), the American College of Dentists, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. She has been honored with the AAPD Early Career “Under 10” Award, the ADA 10 Under 10 Award, Incisal Edge 40 Under 40, four consecutive D Magazine Best Dentist recognitions, America’s Best Dentist Award, and the DFW Mom-Approved Dentist Award.
An active leader in organized dentistry and advocacy, Dr. Ehsani currently serves as:

She is also an advocate for oral health access and education, co-organizing Give Kids a Smile in Dallas and participating in ADA and state Lobby Days. As an educator and speaker, she has authored 14 scientific publications, led hands-on clinical workshops, and was a featured panelist at ADA SmileCon, where she discussed early career leadership and branding in dentistry. She was also featured on the ADA’s “Dental Sound Bites” podcast.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Ehsani enjoys traveling, skiing, Pilates, hiking, snorkeling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
